I&E Technician IV

This position is part of the site maintenance and operations function supporting instrumentation and electrical equipment in an industrial gas facility. Responsibilities include servicing valves, transmitters, PLCs, analyzers, and gas chromatographs, while coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance through the site CMMS. The technician leads projects from planning through contractor execution, oversees instrumentation inventory, and assists other maintenance disciplines as needed. Safety is central to the role, including permits, lockout/tagout, confined-space work, hot-work controls, and adherence to company procedures. It suits an experienced I&E professional who is comfortable with high-voltage equipment, elevated and non-conditioned work areas, emergency callouts, and occasional travel.
