Advanced Space Systems Engineer

This engineer will support GDMS space systems throughout the systems development lifecycle, from operational concept and requirements definition through design, integration, verification, and validation. The work involves coordinating hardware, software, reliability, safety, and maintainability considerations while developing system and signal-processing architectures. The position is part of a research-oriented engineering organization in Scottsdale developing advanced space and defense solutions, often involving DSP algorithms implemented across hardware and software. It is well suited to an experienced systems engineer with strengths in communications, radar or RF processing, modeling, and technical leadership. Candidates with experience in small satellites, payload integration, hardware-in-the-loop testing, MBSE, Agile development, or Python can bring additional value.
