Assoc. Dir., Perf., Field and Flight Test (PFFT)

This senior program leadership position directs a portfolio supporting SM-6 software and hardware upgrades, demonstrations, flight testing, and engineering services. The manager is accountable for proposals, contract execution, profit and loss, annual operating plans, and performance across cost, schedule, quality, technical results, and risk. The role also aligns dependencies among SM-6 programs, represents customer priorities to leadership, supports future captures, and maintains relationships with Navy stakeholders, technical representatives, and government oversight organizations. It is an onsite Tucson role suited to an experienced defense program manager who can lead complex, high-visibility work across multiple disciplines and customers. Candidates should bring substantial program execution experience, financial and EVMS knowledge, strong communication skills, and an active Secret clearance with U.S. citizenship.
