Senior Systems Engineer – Software Systems (Onsite)

This engineer will act as a responsible systems engineering contributor for embedded software, configurable logic, and test capabilities across missile development and fielded systems. The work includes maintaining requirements, modeling systems in Cameo, conducting trade studies, supporting integration and verification activities, and investigating technical issues. The position is part of Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization and involves close coordination with software, systems, test, customer, and other engineering teams. It also includes customer-facing technical discussions and mentoring less experienced engineers. The role is well suited to an experienced systems engineer with strong embedded software integration knowledge, MBSE or requirements expertise, and an interest in defense programs. It is fully onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance before starting.
