Intelligent Manufacturing Engineer

This position supports the manufacturing function by improving how factory infrastructure, production-control systems, equipment, and process flows work together. The engineer will analyze operational data, develop scheduling and dispatching logic, and build planning capabilities that increase capacity while reducing variability. The role includes collaboration with automation, instrumentation, database, and informatics teams to ensure manufacturing tools meet performance objectives. It also involves coordinating daily work for Manufacturing Specialists, leading team activities, and responding to shifting priorities across multiple projects. It would suit an industrial, manufacturing, production, mechanical, or automation engineer with optimization knowledge, strong communication skills, and an interest in semiconductor production.

Requirements

Legally eligible to work in the United StatesMinimum of a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical and Automation Engineering or related fieldsDemonstrated knowledge of optimization algorithm, IE, IT, or related fieldsEnthusiasm and dedication with the ability to motivate, lead, and teach a teamAbility to be a team player who can multitask and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing is a plus
