Space Force MUOS : Systems Engineering Integration and Test Lead

This position leads the integration, verification, and testing of complex hardware, software, and systems across the engineering development lifecycle. The successful candidate will define test strategies, manage schedules and resources, create test documentation, oversee troubleshooting, and coordinate functional, environmental, operational, and performance testing. The role also includes supervising employees, supporting proposals, advising customers and management, and helping deliver major programs and new technical solutions. It is part of the General Dynamics Mission Systems Space Force MUOS team and may involve travel and hybrid work in Scottsdale. This opportunity suits an experienced systems or test engineering leader with satellite and ground communications knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage technical objectives, project performance, and collaborative teams.
