Customer Engagement Applications Engineer - BBP

This engineer supports BBP inspection products through characterization, alpha and beta testing, pilot-tool ramp activities, and customer-site system development. They diagnose product issues, coordinate with software and systems engineering, and verify that hardware and software problems are resolved. The position also involves demonstrating products, training customers and end users, and documenting results, best practices, and lessons learned for internal teams and field applications personnel.
