Inventory & Asset Control Specialist

TSMCPhoenix, AZ

This position supports the Facilities function by tracking equipment and parts, forecasting inventory needs, sourcing materials, and coordinating maintenance for facility assets. It also manages external service providers, including purchase orders, invoices, contract performance, service evaluations, and cost-saving opportunities. The specialist works with Facilities supervisors, front-of-house leadership, Procurement, factory customers, and vendors to maintain high service standards and address operational needs. Daily responsibilities include inspecting building systems, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance planning, and verifying compliance with applicable building codes and safety expectations. The role suits a detail-oriented, proactive professional with related education or experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in industrial facilities and semiconductor manufacturing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of related experienceExperience with equipment inventory, parts sourcing, and equipment functionalityProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong communication, teamwork, presentation, and active listening skillsAbility to work onsite in Phoenix and perform walking, standing, lifting, and bending tasksWillingness to travel to Taiwan for training
