Technical Support Engineer| Ebeam OR High Vacuum

The Technical Support Engineer works within KLA Services to improve and sustain the performance of semiconductor inspection tools used by customers and field service teams. Responsibilities include validating procedures, owning corrective-action requests, diagnosing subsystem problems, and driving structured resolution plans with engineering partners. The engineer also supports global coverage programs, documents technical knowledge, and collects detailed case information for efficient troubleshooting. The position is well suited to an experienced semiconductor equipment professional with strong analytical, communication, and project coordination abilities. Candidates with hands-on E-Beam, high-vacuum, hardware/software integration, or wafer inspection experience will be especially relevant.
