This role involves serving as a business and systems analyst for Intel's Equipment Configuration Management team, which maintains a centralized repository for factory equipment configurations and bill of materials data within the Windchill PLM system. Requirements

4+ years with Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA, and PTC product suiteExpertise in data management including imports/exports, validations, and configuration problem analysisExperience with Agile/Scrum, ITIL methodologies, and tools like Jira or ServiceNowProven ability to develop and deliver end-user training and supportSIT/UAT testing, deployment, and go-live support experienceBachelor's degree in engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience
