2nd Shift Assembly Solder Technician III (Onsite)

The technician supports aerospace electronics production and repair by assembling units, performing precision soldering, troubleshooting components, and following approved repair methods. Work includes identifying materials, interpreting engineering prints and maintenance instructions, operating assembly machinery, and documenting results for the broader production team. The position is based onsite on a weekday evening shift, with daytime training for approximately 60 days and occasional weekend or holiday coverage. It suits candidates with hands-on electronic assembly experience who can work carefully with small components, follow safety procedures, and meet physical demands such as prolonged standing, fine hand manipulation, and lifting up to 25 pounds. U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or GED plus relevant experience, and the ability to work in a safety-sensitive aerospace environment are required.
