Data Center East Region Construction Manager

This position leads Apple's owner-side construction function for mission-critical data center programs across a geographically distributed portfolio. It combines people leadership with responsibility for budgets, schedules, procurement, contractor performance, risk management, commissioning, safety, and sustainability. The manager works closely with real estate, engineering, operations, legal, energy, and infrastructure teams while representing Apple in dealings with contractors, consultants, utilities, and suppliers. Success requires strong knowledge of hyperscale data center delivery, complex mechanical and electrical systems, live-facility construction, and major commercial agreements. It is suited to an experienced construction executive who can manage large programs, develop project managers, communicate with senior leadership, and influence diverse stakeholders across regions.
