Systems Engineer Level 6 - Software IPT lead

This leader will guide software and firmware teams through design, integration, testing, qualification, and delivery of products supporting flight and ground operations. The position coordinates technical, cost, schedule, and staffing objectives while partnering with program management, engineering disciplines, mission assurance, test organizations, and external stakeholders. It requires someone who can translate program needs into development plans, manage risks and trade-offs, and communicate effectively in executive and technical reviews. The role is well suited to an experienced aerospace or defense engineering leader with embedded software knowledge and a record of managing complex development programs. U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and eligibility for Special Program Access are required.
