This position supports ASM's semiconductor equipment in the field, with responsibilities ranging from hands-on installation and maintenance to advanced troubleshooting and customer relationship management depending on experience level. Senior Engineer I focuses on independent equipment repair, structured problem-solving, and coaching less-experienced team members, while Senior Engineer II takes on technical leadership, complex multi-factor diagnostics, customer partnership ownership, and influence on global engineering improvements. The role requires significant travel (at least 25% domestic and international) and operates within fast-paced fabrication environments at major semiconductor manufacturers.
