Onsite AI Automation & Agent Specialist (HR Systems)

This position partners closely with HR, operations, IT, cybersecurity, and data-governance teams at TSMC’s semiconductor campus. The specialist will design human-reviewed AI agents, connect them to internal communication tools and HR systems, and create automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or Zapier. The work also includes Python or JavaScript development, LLM and RAG implementation, security testing for employee data, and detailed documentation. Over the contract period, the role progresses from mapping current processes to launching HR assistants, expanding automation, and preparing an internal handoff. It suits a hands-on technical professional who can work onsite, communicate effectively with HR stakeholders, and deliver secure enterprise automation in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent practical experienceAt least 3 years in AI engineering, workflow automation, or enterprise integrationExperience building AI agents with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG or vector databasesProficiency with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or ZapierFamiliarity with HRIS and ATS platforms, including Workday or SAP SuccessFactorsAbility to work onsite in Phoenix and collaborate with HR, IT, cybersecurity, and data-governance teams
