As a Strategic Industrial Engineer in Intel's Foundry Capacity Optimization organization, you will drive manufacturing innovation by developing capacity strategies that balance product roadmaps with factory capabilities and demand forecasts. The role requires analyzing operational data to identify risks and opportunities, designing production capacity models, and optimizing equipment schedules and facility layouts to meet cost and quality standards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, or related field with 4+ years of experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years experience, OR PhDAdvanced proficiency in manufacturing systems design, process optimization, and data analysis with hands-on simulation software or statistical analysis toolsStrong Excel skills including advanced analytics and modeling capabilitiesAdvanced proficiency in programming languages or data visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Power BIStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred
