Semiconductor Device Modeling Engineer
This engineer will join Intel’s Compact Device Modeling Group within Design Enablement, working at the intersection of process technology, device physics, and circuit design. Responsibilities include analyzing DC/CV behavior, extracting and maintaining compact models, and validating their performance in commercial simulation environments. The position contributes to process and design co-optimization so internal and external customers can develop products more efficiently. It suits an experienced semiconductor engineer with graduate-level training, programming skills, and familiarity with device characterization, modeling, and circuit simulation. Knowledge of BSIM models, Cadence tools, reliability analysis, layout effects, and automated testing would be especially valuable.
