Semiconductor Device Modeling Engineer
As a Semiconductor Device Modeling Engineer in Intel's Compact Device Modeling Group, you will characterize the electrical properties of semiconductor devices and create or refine computational models that accurately predict their behavior across various operating conditions. You will work within the Design Enablement organization, directly supporting internal and external customers who need reliable device models to design competitive products. This position suits engineers with strong backgrounds in device physics and programming who want to bridge the gap between process technology development and design implementation, working on cutting-edge technologies that power data-centric applications.
