Snr Engineer, Field Service- "I &II"

This position joins ASM’s field service organization and provides onsite technical support for advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Depending on experience, the engineer will perform maintenance and repairs, investigate complex tool and process problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. The Senior Engineer II level additionally leads escalations, owns customer technical relationships, coordinates cross-functional teams, and contributes feedback to engineering and product groups. Both levels coach less-experienced engineers, improve procedures, and communicate effectively with customer and internal stakeholders. The role suits experienced semiconductor or capital-equipment professionals who can work independently in fast-paced cleanroom environments and are willing to support rotating shifts and significant travel.
