Sr Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will join GDMS’s Micro-Electronics organization in Scottsdale and help produce advanced spaceflight hardware. Responsibilities include developing and controlling manufacturing processes, designing tooling, supporting equipment maintenance, training production personnel, and resolving nonconforming material. The role also contributes to process launches, production support, cost estimates, documentation, and improvement initiatives in a low-rate manufacturing environment. It suits an engineer with practical microelectronics packaging experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and comfort working across functions in a small team. The position is fully on-site and requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for access to classified information.
