Sales and Marketing Rotation Program (Technical) - College Graduate

This full-time program places college graduates in three eight-month assignments across Intel’s technical sales and marketing organizations. The work combines technology knowledge with customer engagement, solution development, market understanding, and support for adoption of Intel platforms. Participants receive mentoring, cohort support, leadership exposure, and structured opportunities to strengthen communication and business skills. The program is suited to recent or soon-to-be graduates in engineering, computer science, AI, data, or related fields who have technical experience along with leadership, sales, or project-based experience. Successful participants may advance into technical sales, sales engineering, technical marketing, solution architecture, or cloud and AI solution roles.
