(Senior / Principal) Engineer, Global Product Support

As part of ASM’s Global Product Support organization, this position connects product development, field operations, and semiconductor manufacturing environments. The engineer investigates complex equipment, hardware, software, and process problems, leads root-cause efforts, and helps improve tool reliability, yield, uptime, and overall performance. Responsibilities may include supporting early product builds, validating systems, and leading initial installations and qualifications at customer fabs. More experienced engineers may guide global programs, mentor colleagues, and represent ASM in customer-facing technical discussions. The role is well suited to an engineering professional with semiconductor equipment experience, strong systems thinking, practical troubleshooting ability, and the flexibility to work internationally.
