Order Management Analyst

This analyst will own order processing from validation and booking through amendments, corrections, and release, while ensuring commercial terms and revenue controls are applied correctly. The position sits within the Order Management function and works closely with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, Product, and Customer Success to address transaction issues and support customers. It also contributes to audits, forecasting discussions, process automation, and training for less experienced team members. The role is well suited to an experienced order-to-cash or revenue operations professional who can work independently, analyze complex transactions, and influence stakeholders across departments. Axon expects onsite collaboration Tuesday through Friday at its Scottsdale hub, with remote work generally available on Mondays.
