Field Service Technician

The technician acts as the subject-matter expert for a specific product line within the Technical Services team, applying deep knowledge of equipment electronics, mechanics, and operation. They diagnose difficult service problems, guide internal and partner technicians, lead technical projects, and deliver training. Customer-facing responsibilities include site assessments, installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, remote assistance, and maintaining strong account relationships across the Americas. The position also coordinates with managers, technical support teams, manufacturers, and sales personnel while managing service records and returned parts. It is well suited to an experienced field service professional with production toner equipment expertise, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively throughout the Western region and beyond.
