Traffic Modeling System Engineer for Missile Tracking (Space Force)

The engineer will support GDMS’s SDA Ground, Management and Integration program by translating operational and system requirements into models of satellite-to-ground data flows. Work includes planning and adapting satellite services, prioritizing and routing communications, and evaluating missile-tracking data to confirm model performance. The position is part of a cross-functional team responsible for developing, integrating, testing, maintaining, and supporting distributed ground operational systems. It is suited to an experienced systems engineer with expertise in communications traffic modeling, satellite networks, missile-tracking architectures, or related defense systems. U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance, with eligibility for a polygraph, are required.
