Wellness Center Operations Coordinator

This coordinator leads the operational, administrative, and financial activities of TSMC Arizona’s onsite wellness center and ensures that services are delivered efficiently and confidentially. The role works closely with HR, Safety, Finance, emergency response teams, external providers, and clinic staff to coordinate employee healthcare and maintain regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supervising medical personnel, managing supplies and records, supporting audits and emergencies, and overseeing budgets and invoices. The coordinator also creates health education and engagement programs informed by employee needs and health trends. It would suit a licensed RN with healthcare administration experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and an interest in combining occupational health services with employee wellness initiatives.
