Instructional Designer

This position sits within KLA Services and supports training for equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, upgrades, and related service operations. The Instructional Designer translates complex engineering information into classroom, online, and multimedia learning experiences using approaches such as ADDIE, SAM, and learning experience design. They will develop SEMATECH-aligned certification structures, explore personalized training through AI, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, support, and subject matter experts worldwide. The role also involves managing projects, validating training materials, maintaining documentation, resolving competing stakeholder needs, and delivering technical instruction when required. It suits an experienced technical professional or instructional designer who is highly independent, detail-oriented, globally collaborative, and comfortable working in a complex semiconductor environment.
