This position is part of Raytheon’s Planning & Activation organization and partners with program teams across locations and business areas. The planner develops detailed, resource-loaded schedules in MS Project, updates baselines as requirements change, and evaluates critical paths, variances, risks, and overall schedule quality. The role also contributes to estimate-at-completion and latest-revised-estimate activities, as well as maintaining program-level phasing schedules. It suits someone with hands-on scheduling or program management experience who can work analytically, communicate effectively across functions, and influence execution decisions. The position is fully onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship plus an active Secret clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of program planning, scheduling, or project management experienceExperience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server, or comparable scheduling softwareAbility to develop and maintain Integrated Master SchedulesU.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearanceKnowledge of government planning, Earned Value Management, and schedule requirements preferredStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
