2nd Shift Test Technician (Onsite)

The technician works with an MRO team responsible for restoring electronic aircraft components to serviceable condition. Daily work includes operating test stands, configuring equipment, analyzing results, and isolating faults in both units and test systems. The role requires clear communication during shift handoffs and coordination with engineering, maintenance, and other support groups. It suits someone with hands-on electronics experience who can read schematics and technical documentation and use instruments such as multimeters or oscilloscopes. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday on second shift, with approximately 60 days of first-shift training.

High school diploma or equivalent, or vocational/technical education with minimum 2 years relevant experienceExperience reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, or technical drawingsProficiency with multimeters or oscilloscopesAbility to troubleshoot electronic components and interpret technical manualsU.S. citizenship required for program accessWillingness to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) and pass FAA drug/alcohol testing
