Senior Director - Supplier Quality and Reliability

This leader will head a global Supplier Quality and Reliability organization supporting Intel Foundry’s manufacturing and technology roadmap. The position coordinates with engineering, sourcing, operations, labs, customer quality, and suppliers to establish qualification, audit, monitoring, change-control, and corrective-action systems. It also requires executive-level communication and direct engagement with suppliers to resolve major issues, strengthen accountability, and prevent recurrence. The role suits an experienced semiconductor or advanced manufacturing quality executive who can influence across complex, multi-tier supply networks and connect technical decisions to customer, financial, and operational results. Periodic domestic and international travel is expected, and the position follows Intel’s hybrid work model.
