Manager Regional Strategic Sourcing

This role oversees regional strategic sourcing for construction and project-related procurement, covering MEP, CSA, and site indirect requirements. It converts global procurement priorities into locally effective supplier strategies, subcontracting models, and framework agreements suited to market conditions and project needs. The manager leads supplier relationship management, performance governance, market analysis, and data-informed procurement decisions while supporting early business development with pricing and supplier insight. The position also establishes and develops the regional sourcing team and advances standardized processes across projects. It is well suited to an experienced procurement leader from EPC, construction, industrial, or other project-driven environments who combines commercial expertise with strong stakeholder and team leadership.
