Program Operations Manager

This position connects the Integrated Program Leadership Team with Strategic Make Centers and factory leaders to align manufacturing execution with program goals. The manager supports planning, proposals, gate reviews, production, sustainment, and operational security while coordinating requirements across multiple contracts and facilities. Responsibilities include managing the operations estimate at completion and budget, establishing priorities and schedules, resolving cross-program conflicts, and briefing leadership on performance and production risks. The role is suited to an experienced operations professional who can influence stakeholders, lead across organizational levels, and work comfortably in manufacturing environments. Candidates should be prepared for full-time onsite support in Tucson, occasional domestic travel, and work on security-sensitive defense programs.
