Senior Automation Engineer-Industrial

This position sits within Operations and Manufacturing and supports the development of a more efficient, visible, and controlled factory. The engineer will analyze workflows, layouts, production data, and equipment performance while applying Lean, Six Sigma, simulation, and other improvement methods. They will also design and maintain practical software and automation tools for production reporting, recipe control, material tracking, MES functions, and factory analytics. Success requires close collaboration with manufacturing and engineering teams on continuous improvement and new product introduction. It is best suited to an experienced automation or industrial engineer who has worked in semiconductor or other complex production environments and can bridge manufacturing processes with software systems.
