[Fall 2026] Campus Recruitment (US)
This campus recruitment program places new graduates into technical roles supporting ASM’s semiconductor equipment, processes, and research activities. Depending on the position, employees may service customer equipment, improve manufacturing performance, develop deposition processes, analyze experimental data, or contribute to software and engineering projects. The work combines hands-on problem solving with collaboration among ASM specialists, research teams, and major chip manufacturers. It is suited to graduates in engineering, physics, materials science, chemistry, software, and other relevant STEM disciplines, with advanced degrees particularly relevant to process development roles. ASM also highlights structured training, mentoring, possible relocation, and opportunities for international or rotational career growth.
