Senior Engineer II, Mechanical Engineering

This role involves designing and developing mechanical components and systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, with emphasis on structural analysis, thermal dynamics, and fluid systems. You'll use CAD software to create detailed models and drawings, evaluate design feasibility, manage continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet safety and performance standards. The position suits experienced mechanical engineers who have worked with semiconductor tools, understand manufacturing processes across materials, and can balance independent problem-solving with strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You'll also participate in design reviews, support testing and validation, and interface with manufacturing and supplier partners to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplineProficiency with CAD programs including Creo ParametricKnowledge of manufacturing techniques for machined components, sheet metal, and weldmentsExperience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and FAB environmentsAbility to read and design schematics, particularly P&ID diagramsStrong cross-functional collaboration skills and independent drive in dynamic environments
