This position leads program finance activities within RTX’s Finance Program Cost Controls organization for a major defense program. It oversees cost-plus contract controls, earned value analysis, quarterly estimates at completion, operating plans, long-range forecasts, and risk and opportunity tracking. The lead also prepares financial performance reports, manages working-capital considerations, and presents clear analysis to customers, executives, and cross-functional partners. The role contributes to proposal work and business-growth gate reviews while mentoring peers and coordinating financial deliverables. It suits an experienced DoD finance or program controls professional who can work across a matrixed organization, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders through accurate analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and 5+ yearsExperience managing multiple DoD contracts and external financial deliverablesExpertise in EVM, EACs, and financial planning and analysisExperience presenting financial information to customers, management, and peersU.S. citizenship requiredExperience with financial forecasting and tools such as Excel and related systems
