Outgoing Quality Assurance Engineer

This engineer will help establish and operate outgoing wafer inspection capabilities, including configuring and maintaining inspection, sorting, and packing tool recipes. Working within TSMC Arizona’s Quality & Reliability function, the position focuses on identifying wafer defects, assessing risks, and driving corrective actions that improve yield and reduce defects. The role also supports big-data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine-learning initiatives to increase inspection efficiency and automation.
