Neuromorphic Front-End Silicon Lead

This position leads a multidisciplinary engineering team developing neuromorphic processors, chiplets, and custom IP for next-generation physical AI systems. The successful candidate will translate research and architectural ideas into practical microarchitectures, oversee RTL implementation and verification, and coordinate integration of interfaces, memories, and other third-party or internal IP. The role also involves close collaboration with physical design, software, systems, and post-silicon teams, including early prototyping and product bring-up. It suits an experienced silicon engineering leader who has delivered processors, accelerators, SoCs, or ASICs and is comfortable working across design, verification, packaging, and emerging methods such as asynchronous circuits. The role is based primarily in Hillsboro, Oregon, with other US locations available and a hybrid work model.

Requirements

MS in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or related field10+ years of hands-on processor, accelerator, SoC, or ASIC design experience5+ years using Verilog/SystemVerilog and modern ASIC design and verification flows3+ years leading silicon design or verification teamsExperience with SoC integration and high-speed interfaces such as Ethernet, PCIe, UCIe, or memory controllersTrack record of technical ownership across multiple silicon tape-outs
