Work Instruction Technical Writer/Editor - Engineering Technician 3 or 4

This position is part of the Work Instruction Support Entity team within Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector. The successful candidate will maintain work packages, MES instructions, templates, style standards, incorporation records, and supporting customer documentation across multiple launch vehicle programs. They will also help issue and close instructions, convert paper-based procedures into digital formats, and use tools such as JIRA, Tableau, ICARD, and A3s to improve processes. The role suits a detail-oriented technical communicator who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with engineering and operations personnel. Candidates may qualify at Engineering Technician Level 3 or 4 based on their education and related experience, and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
