HR Strategic Partner

This position partners with HR, Operations, global teams, and senior leaders to align workforce capacity, hiring, skills, and organizational priorities with semiconductor production demands. It owns the site HR project portfolio, establishing governance, tracking delivery, managing dependencies, and guiding change and stakeholder communications. The role also develops workforce models, dashboards, metrics, and business-review materials covering areas such as headcount, turnover, labor mix, ramp progress, and overtime. It is responsible for improving data standards, process efficiency, privacy controls, and HR resource planning while maintaining reliable enterprise reporting. This opportunity suits an analytical, independent HR professional who can translate complex data into practical recommendations and lead cross-functional execution in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Experience in HR business partnership, workforce planning, or strategic HR operationsStrong workforce analytics, forecasting, dashboarding, and data-quality skillsProject portfolio management and cross-functional program execution experienceAbility to advise senior leaders on workforce risks, tradeoffs, and recommendationsKnowledge of HR data privacy, compliance, and process improvementStrong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and change-management abilities
