Senior Principal Engineer, Product Quality

This position leads end-to-end quality assurance across internal operations, customers, and contract manufacturers. The engineer will manage non-conformance investigations, customer quality metrics, inspection planning, preventive actions, and resolution of broader structural quality issues. The role partners with corporate, customer-facing, manufacturing, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to improve processes and strengthen product quality. It also involves leading a quality team, applying methods such as 8D, FMEA, Lean, PDCA, and Six Sigma, and supporting new process deployment. The opportunity suits an experienced manufacturing or engineering quality leader who is analytical, persuasive, self-directed, and comfortable driving change across a global organization.
