Senior Specialist I, EHS

This individual contributor role serves as the primary local EHS resource for assigned service locations and customer sites. The specialist helps implement ASM and customer safety standards, conduct observations and inspections, assess hazards, support audits, and maintain regulatory documentation. They also assist with incident investigations, corrective actions, emergency preparedness, employee onboarding, toolbox talks, and performance tracking. The position requires frequent collaboration with Field Service Engineers, managers, contractors, customers, and regional EHS partners to strengthen everyday safety practices. It is well suited to an experienced EHS professional who is comfortable working visibly in semiconductor, cleanroom, manufacturing, laboratory, or customer-facing environments and can influence others through communication and practical problem-solving.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental, engineering, chemistry, or a related field preferredAt least 5 years of occupational health and safety experienceKnowledge of applicable occupational health and safety regulationsExperience with semiconductor, cleanroom, high-tech manufacturing, or field service environments preferredStrong communication, organization, analytical, and follow-up skillsAbility to travel 10–25% and work in industrial, cleanroom, laboratory, and customer environments
