This position manages material strategy and forecasting for development programs within Raytheon’s Naval Power mission area. The manager will coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, supplier managers, and other program leaders to keep deliveries, costs, and schedules on track. Responsibilities include assessing suppliers, monitoring supply chain health, supporting proposals and cost-reduction efforts, and resolving competing priorities or execution issues. The role requires independent judgment, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to work effectively under demanding timelines. It is well suited to an experienced supply chain or program professional with defense-industry experience, financial and negotiation skills, and an active U.S. security clearance.
