Systems Engineer: MBSE Modeling – Level 3 or Level 4 (AHT)

This engineer will maintain system and subsystem architecture models in Cameo, representing functions, interfaces, behaviors, states, and data flows. They will connect model elements with IBM DOORS requirements, reconcile changes, and provide traceability and impact analysis across the engineering baseline. The position supports design reviews, configuration management, architecture trade studies, and the ongoing improvement of MBSE standards and processes. The engineer will collaborate with software, hardware, systems, and domain teams while helping others use the models effectively. It suits experienced systems engineers with SysML and MBSE expertise, aerospace or defense experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; the position is fully onsite and may involve limited travel.
