Advanced Proposals Specialist

This position supports a strategy and business development organization that pursues opportunities across defense, national security space, and intelligence markets. The specialist organizes proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, templates, reviews, graphics, and final submissions while coordinating inputs from technical, cost, schedule, security, and other functional teams. The role also contributes to oral presentation materials and helps ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to customer limits and requirements. It suits an experienced proposal professional who is highly organized, comfortable managing cross-functional communications, and capable of applying AI tools to proposal work and process improvement. The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
