Fall 2026 TSMC Arizona Engineering Full-Time Opportunities (Phoenix, AZ)

This opportunity places engineers within TSMC Arizona’s semiconductor fabrication and site operations organization, where they will help develop, stabilize, and improve advanced chip production. Depending on placement, the work may involve analyzing manufacturing data, improving yield and process performance, maintaining production equipment, optimizing factory systems, or supporting automated wafer transport. Engineers will work closely with manufacturing, facilities, vendors, and other technical teams to troubleshoot problems and drive improvements in quality, productivity, reliability, and safety. The roles are suited to adaptable, hands-on professionals who enjoy complex technical problem-solving and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Work is based onsite in Phoenix and may include cleanroom duties, factory-floor activity, physical tasks, and business travel.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related fieldLegal eligibility to work in the United StatesStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsHands-on ownership, adaptability, and emerging leadership abilityStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsAbility to work onsite in a cleanroom and perform required physical duties
