CST Tool Install Engineer

Working within TSMC Arizona’s Central Startup Team, the engineer helps plan and deliver gas, chemical, and electrical connections for tools in the 5-nanometer fab. The position serves as a technical resource for equipment installation practices and tracks projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, monitoring progress, communicating status, and producing accurate reports. The role suits an engineering graduate with semiconductor hookup knowledge, facility or fab startup exposure, and strong troubleshooting abilities. Success requires disciplined execution, cross-functional communication, critical thinking, and a focus on solving complex installation issues. This is an on-site Phoenix position with a Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or related fieldKnowledge of hookup technical skills and facility/fab startup experience preferredStrong technical ability, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skillsCross-functional team communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesDisciplined, detail-oriented approach with ability to monitor and report project statusAbility to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, Monday-Friday
