Construction Electrical Technician

TSMCPhoenix, AZ

This technician works on industrial electrical construction, including conduit, cable trays, panels, junction boxes, wiring, terminations, and equipment connections. The position requires reading electrical drawings, completing accurate layouts, following quality documentation practices, and maintaining strict compliance with safety procedures such as PPE and Lockout/Tagout. More experienced technicians may coordinate with project teams, oversee field installations, and mentor junior personnel or apprentices. The role is suited to detail-oriented candidates with electrical or mechanical aptitude who can work physically demanding shifts in a high-tech construction environment. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Phoenix and remain available for rotating 12-hour day or night shifts on a compressed schedule.
