The position supports a portfolio of IRAD and CRAD initiatives by maintaining integrated plans, budgets, milestones, resource needs, and technical baselines. It serves as a coordination point among engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, security, leadership, and government stakeholders. The program manager monitors execution, elevates risks and opportunities, prepares performance metrics and presentations, and promotes consistent program management practices across teams. The work is performed onsite in Tucson, Arizona, within a defense engineering environment focused on emerging technologies and offensive systems. It is well suited to an experienced STEM or engineering professional with strong program controls, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills who holds an active U.S. security clearance.
