Senior Electrical Engineer, RF & Wireless Hardware (Chip-Down Design) | Remote Eligible | Relocation Assistance

This engineer will own complex connected hardware from architecture and schematic development through validation, certification, and manufacturing. The work includes integrating processors, memory, power systems, batteries, wireless radios, high-speed interfaces, and antennas into compact devices while managing signal integrity, thermal constraints, interference, and electromagnetic compatibility. As an early member of the hardware organization, the successful candidate will help define engineering practices and guide internal engineers and external design partners. The position suits an experienced embedded hardware professional who enjoys hands-on lab debugging, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end product ownership. It is based around Axon hubs in Scottsdale, New York City, or Boston, with possible remote consideration and substantial domestic travel.
