Development Lab Chemist

This position contributes to the development and commercialization of cleaners and etchants for advanced integrated-circuit manufacturing. Working within the research and development function, the chemist prepares and evaluates formulations, supports pilot builds, monitors stability, and coordinates material and equipment needs with production teams. The role also involves operating or learning analytical tools such as SEM/FIB, XRR, FTIR, ellipsometers, and four-point probes, along with maintaining inventories and records. It would suit a chemistry or materials science graduate with hands-on laboratory experience, strong safety awareness, and an interest in semiconductor processing. Candidates should be organized, comfortable handling chemicals, able to interpret experimental data, and effective at communicating technical results.
